Sign up for Services
Click on the Free Quote button, complete the contact form right on our website. If you have questions you can give our friendly staff a call or message us on Facebook.
Schedule Your Initial Cleanup
Once you sign up for services a Critters & Clutter representative will reach out to schedule your initial cleanup and walk you through the entire process.
Setup Customer Portal
After you sign up for services you will be prompted to set up your Customer Portal. A Critters & Clutter representative will reach out to ensure you have a smooth onboarding process.
Attach Payment Method
All billing occurs on the 1st of each month before services are provided. You are able to setup automatic payments with a bank account or credit/debit card.
Finalize Account Setup
Once auto pay is setup Critters & Clutter will send you a receipt via email. These records can also be seen in the customer portal. If payment is not received prior to your first cleaning of the month you will be removed from the service schedule.

What to Expect On Your Service Day
On service day, expect professional and timely service from our dedicated Critters & Clutter team, ensuring a spotless yard every time.
Arrival Notification
Our friendly Critters & Clutter technicians will send you a 60-minute “on the way” text before your service begins. Customers are not required to be home at the time of service, but we do ask for easy access to cleaning areas and that no aggressive dogs be left out in the yard. This ensures a smooth and efficient service for everyone.
Cleaning Your Yard
Your professional pooper scooper will arrive and start cleaning up all the doggie doo. Team members are trained to walk in a special route to minimize the chance of missing any dog waste. Our team members will also walk your yard multiple times to ensure your yard is thoroughly clean and free of any missed dog waste.
Safety Procedures
Once your yard is dog poop-free, your Critters & Clutter technician will take and upload a photo of your closed gate to ensure no dogs accidentally get out of your yard. Our team members will then spray down all of their scooping equipment with organic, kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs and illness to other dogs, maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
Pet Waste Removal Process
On your cleanup day a Critters & Clutter technician will arrive and sweep all waste locations on your property. All animal waste will be bagged and safely disposed of off site by our technicians at no extra charge. Before our technician leaves they will take a Gate Photo that will be sent to the customers provided number via SMS and Email.
