No Trash Left Behind
Your Critters & Clutter technician will pick up any reasonable amount of trash that falls on the ground during your service. While it is required that all members bag their trash before placing it in their bins, we understand that spills can happen. If debris does fall out, our team will make sure it’s collected and your area is left cleaner than we found it.
What We Accept
RECYCLES INCLUDED AT NO EXTRA CHARGE!!!

Cardboard must be all in one place and placed next to our provided bin. Technicians are not responsible for loose garbage or recycles.

Commingled recycles must be securely bagged for easy pickup and tied closed.
Next-Day Service
In the event of severe weather conditions, your pickup may be delayed for safety reasons. When that happens, Critters & Clutter will return the very next day to ensure your trash is collected without disrupting your weekly schedule. We closely monitor conditions and adjust routes as needed, always prioritizing both safety and reliability. This ensures you will never be skipped.
